Core Wellness Plan

CORE WELLNESS PLAN

First and foremost you need to provide your body with the PROPER NUTRITION - something your body actually recognizes on the cellular level as food. Next you need to DETOXIFY your body. Eliminate the accumulated toxins (physical & emotional) and stop putting them into your body. BUILD and boost the immune system so your body can do its job and get you well. And last but not least you have to WORK ON YOUR EMOTIONAL ISSUES. It’s 51% of the healing process.

Take the time each day to move and to breathe. Get 30 minutes of sunlight every day. Live with an attitude of gratitude. Practice loving yourself the way you are. - And - Let everyone else be the way they are.

I
understand these steps are much easier said than done - but I promise you - when you can do this consistently, you will be amazed at what you will discover about your body and yourself. It is my sincere hope to help individuals and families find their way back to wellness. It is our right to feel good and be happy. Not the happy you see on a commercial (with all the possible side effects), but truly and deeply happy and healthy.

Even if you do not decide to call me for help, PLEASE consider implementing the four steps listed above to the best of your ability and using the best products you can find. I truly believe you will be very happy with the results. I consider the following products and techniques to be the core foundation of this wellness plan.
