The Journey

Our family is on an amazing health journey. We've battled asthma, eczema, allergies (food and environment) body pains, candida, staph infection, moles and the myriad of colds and ear infections. All along the way we've learned how to trust our bodies and how to use nature to heal ourselves without synthetic medication.

I am passing on what we have learned in hopes something we've experienced might help someone. Please take what works for you and ignore what doesn't. I am available for consultations as well.

We are all on a journey- let's just enjoy the ride.
